Since we are what we repeatedly do, group gives you the opportunity to practice problem solving, self-management, and the emotional self-regulation skills needed for daily living. Through exposure to movies, you watch people work out difficult situations both sucessfully and unsuccessfully, giving you the opportunity to discuss their choices and identify with positive role models.

By discussing different scriptural explanations of relationships, personal growth opportunities, and dilemmas of conscience, group provides a setting for you to better understand your personal struggles and for you to be able to use your faith in finding personal solutions. Plato said, "Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a hard battle." Group gives you the opportunity to replace the need to be right, in control, or one-up, with the ability to "know," understand, to enjoy, and to create a kinder, safer place for your partner and your children.

Groups meet for 90 minutes weekly.
The groups are co-facilitated by a male and a female Master's level therapists.
All of the facilitators understand the Christian belief system and faith-based lifestyles.

Cost: $35.00 per group session.
Some insurance will cover.
Payment plans are available.
